As a Strategic Finance, Principal you will play a central role in executing the financing and capital markets activities that fund the company's infrastructure growth and long-term financial strategy. Working alongside senior members of the Strategic Finance team, you will structure and evaluate capital solutions, build the analysis behind key decisions, and support transactions from concept through close — an ideal foundation for an ambitious finance professional in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, project finance, private equity, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, and a deep understanding of project and corporate finance principles
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a desire to grow into a leadership role over time

You will gain hands-on exposure to high-impact financing transactions, liquidity and capital planning, and the strategic decisions that shape the company's capital structure. You will work closely with senior leadership and regularly engage with banks, investors, and capital partners, contributing directly to outcomes as part of a small, fast-moving team.
