Ibotta is seeking a Financial Reporting Accountant to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office, (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

Execute monthly accounting close procedures (journal entries, reconciliations and analysis) for corporate-related areas, such as debt, equity, revenue, and other areas as needed.
Assist in the preparation of all aspects of SEC reporting, including preparation of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, disclosure checklists, and financial statement tie outs, as well as internal financial reporting to management.
Assist and coordinate with external auditors during audits and interim reviews.
