This role will lead our human resources technology strategy, including our workday instance and integrations, and our benefits and payroll operations teams.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.
Lead Ibotta’s People Operations Functions, inclusive of Workday Administration, Benefits Operations, and Payroll Operations
Coach, mentor, and develop a team of people operations professionals
