What they're looking for
- 5+ years of engineering management experience with a proven ability to build awesome, high performing teams and lead complex technical initiatives
- 7+ years of experience as a software engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics or a related field required
- Experience building and supporting foundational platform services
- Experience leading multiple teams within the same functional domain
- Experience coaching engineers on the responsible adoption of AI tools, including evaluating when and how AI belongs in the solution tech stack

This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.
