As a Stock Plan Administration Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing our company's stock and equity programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic guidance to optimize our equity compensation plans. You will collaborate closely with our finance and legal departments, and others in our HR department, to drive informed decision-making and support the overall equity program for our company.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.
