Iconica is seeking a Preconstruction/Estimating Intern to join our team in Summer 2027! - Enrollment in an Architectural, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering program or Construction Management program
- Previous internship experience in design-build or construction (preferred)
- Leadership experience in student organizations or extracurriculars
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

As a Preconstruction/Estimating Intern, you’ll work closely with our experienced Preconstruction team to gain hands-on experience in the preconstruction and estimating process while learning how design and construction come together. Throughout your internship, you’ll:
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and construction teams to support preconstruction efforts.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and visit project sites.
- Review and interpret project specifications and construction drawings.
- Gain experience using industry-leading software, such as On-Screen Takeoff, Autodesk Assemble, Excel, Revit, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, Plan-Room, and more.
