- Design, plan, and execute end-to-end research studies using appropriate qualitative and quantitative methodologies with guidance from senior team members
- Conduct and synthesize research projects including user interviews, usability testing sessions, surveys, card sorting, and contribute to A/B testing initiatives
- Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights and present recommendations to cross-functional teams with a compelling, influential story
- Analyze insights from research sessions to identify key opportunities and user needs
- Works collaboratively and communicates effectively with peers and managers
- Monitor and analyze user behavior metrics and usability benchmarks with support from senior researchers

Under general supervision, plan and execute research initiatives that generate meaningful insights and communicate findings through clear, compelling narratives.
