About the role
We’re looking for a Data Analyst to help guide the evolution of our analytical ecosystem, ensuring our data isn’t just accessible, but deeply insightful and actionable across the company.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, with a track record of tackling complex problems and delivering high-stakes insights
- Deep fluency in SQL, with the ability to write sophisticated, maintainable queries that serve as a foundation for reliable analysis
- Strong proficiency in Python or R for advanced data manipulation, statistical modeling, and hypothesis testing
- Comfortable exploring ambiguity and translating open-ended business questions into well-defined analytical solutions
- Expertise in analytical methodology, including statistical validation, optimization models, and the ability to interpret trends within messy, multi-source data
- Hands-on with modern visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g., Sigma, Hex, Tableau, or Looker) to build intuitive data assets and clear narratives
