Overview: The Senior Business Analyst, Commercial Economics supports customer analytics across IB Legal, helping drive revenue growth and margin improvement. IB Legal is consolidating multiple legacy businesses into a unified commercial platform, and this role will flex AI fluency, strategic thinking and tactical execution to support customer insights and performance across products and channels.

Apply AI modeling to build contraction, expansion, and usage reporting across customer segments and various packaging motions
Identify opportunities to improve revenue, retention, and margin through data-driven insights
