About the role
Take a new product zero-to-one: Transform Dex from an idea into a reality. Bring the entrepreneurial craft, energy, and spirit that a new product requires. Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap: Define the multi-year vision and strategy for Dex as both an external product and the internal backbone for Juniper Square’s fund administration operations. Sequence the roadmap optimally for Dex to scale across new use cases and customer profiles.
What they're looking for
- 10+ years of product management experience in B2B or Enterprise SaaS, with a significant portfolio of shipped work across the full development lifecycle
- Proven experience owning a complex product area end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap through execution and iteration, ideally in a zero-to-one context
- Background in data warehousing, data modeling, document ingestion and extraction, ETL/ELT pipelines, data quality and validation
- Experience building agentic workflows or production LLM features with real evaluation and monitoring discipline
- Fluency with LLMs and common AI tools (e.g. Claude, Cursor) - you should be able to run your own prototypes and use AI to get work done faster than a traditional PM workflow would allow
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to articulate product decisions clearly to engineers, designers, executives, and customers alike
