- Negotiate national deals with key organizations that can help reach our target market - Partner with test prep companies, professional associations, and content creators in each field
What they're looking for
- Background: Typically 3-5+ years, or an outlier track record (e.g., you scaled a campus network, ran national org programming, or built a zero-to-one motion)
- Bias to action: Ship experiments frequently, instrument attribution, and close loops with lender relations and compliance
- Fluency with your own data: You can find where students stall between a rate offer and a submitted application, and make the case for a fix with evidence rather than instinct
- Zero-to-one comfort: There is no existing playbook for this vertical. You'll write it, and you find that exciting rather than daunting
- Comfort with seasonality: Our year has a peak. You plan for it months ahead and go all-in when it lands
