You've run a brand. You fought for conversion, wrote the ads, answered the 2am support tickets. Bring that instinct to every brand on Kinect: part specialist, part customer success, part product PM. A true generalist seat. You'll own: A portfolio of live brands: onboarding, tuning their rep, reviewing real conversations, and making the number go up. The merchant's voice inside the product. You write the specs for what operators actually need.
