About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior CS Compensation Analyst to support the administration and continuous improvement of incentive compensation programs for Klaviyo’s Customer Experience organization. This is a mid-level role, ideal for someone who wants to build deep expertise in compensation operations while developing broad exposure to sales operations, finance, and systems work. - Administer monthly/quarterly incentive compensation calculations for the Customer Experience organization, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payouts
- Apply crediting logic and plan rules consistently, flagging exceptions or edge cases for review
- Maintain compensation plan documentation, quota/target records, and payee assignments for the CX population
- Partner with CX leaders to answer plan questions and explain payout calculations
- 3-5 years of experience in compensation, on either sales/revenue operations or finance teams
- SQL experience required, comfort querying and validating data from multiple sources
