As an Operations Lead, Command Center , you’ll serve as the on-shift leader responsible for the coordination of live autonomous and human-assisted trucking operations. You’ll ensure uninterrupted service delivery, proactive customer communication You’ll work closely with Operations Specialists, remote operators, and On-Site Support teams to ensure operations run safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.
