Kymera is a clinical-stage biotechnology company pioneering the field of targeted protein degradation (TPD) to develop medicines that address critical health problems and have the potential to dramatically improve patients’ lives. Kymera is deploying TPD to address disease targets and pathways inaccessible with conventional therapeutics.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree (MSc, PharmD, PhD) in Life Sciences or related field and 8+ years in pharmaceutical clinical drug development, with experience in global clinical trials and program execution
- Experience in immunological diseases with an understanding of disease biology and treatment landscapes, Experience with clinical trials for dermatologic indications and endpoints is a plus
- In-depth understanding of clinical development processes, regulatory requirements, and guidelines (FDA, EMEA, ICH, GCP)
- Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving abilities and excellent medical writing skills
- Maintain a patient-centric mentality throughout the drug development process
