Kymera is a clinical-stage biotechnology company pioneering the field of targeted protein degradation (TPD) to develop medicines that address critical health problems and have the potential to dramatically improve patients’ lives. Kymera is deploying TPD to address disease targets and pathways inaccessible with conventional therapeutics.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years' experience within clinical outsourcing or a closely related clinical operations role (Manager level), 8+ years for consideration at the Senior Manager level
- Demonstrated track record of effective pricing and contract negotiations
- Strong ability to work with stakeholders across the organization, including finance and legal teams
- Excellent project management skills, with a history of on-time project delivery
- Solid understanding of clinical trials and the processes involved in clinical outsourcing
- Proven experience in negotiating and managing contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, and Change Orders
