- Build the "Advocacy Machine": Identify, recruit, and mentor a global league of student ambassadors who will act as the heartbeat of our platform
- Data-Driven Growth: Use GA, WebEngage, MS Clarity, and Metabase to dissect user behavior. If the data shows a friction point, you work with Product to fix it
- Guard the Trust: Ensure the community remains a high-signal, zero-spam sanctuary for students making the biggest decision of their lives
- Entrepreneurial DNA: You’ve likely founded a startup or led a high-growth vertical. You treat this community like your own business

We are looking for an Entrepreneur-in-Residence style Community Manager to turn our platform into a self-sustaining, high-velocity ecosystem.
