About the role
Legion is hiring a part-time Growth Designer to make the path from first impression to patient conversion feel like one coherent experience. You will combine paid-creative strategy, strong visual and brand craft, and thoughtful web UX.
What they're looking for
- A strong portfolio that includes beautiful homepages or landing pages, intuitive web flows, and brand or growth creative. Show your personal contribution and the result
- Exceptional visual craft across typography, layout, hierarchy, imagery, and brand systems, paired with sound UX judgment
- Experience turning an audience insight or growth brief into multiple creative concepts and testable variants
- Fluency in Figma. Experience with Framer, Webflow, motion, creator or UGC briefs, or direct-response creative is helpful
- Comfort using qualitative feedback and quantitative performance data to improve work without reducing every design decision to a single metric
- Demonstrated use of AI-native creative and design tools to materially improve the speed, range, or quality of real work
