About the role
The IT and AI Enablement function exists to make Legora itself run as well as the product we sell: secure, automated, and improving over time. As our Workplace Technology Specialist in New York, you'll help keep the technology our employees use every day working smoothly, from laptops and onboarding to meeting rooms and office connectivity. You'll report to our Workplace Technology Lead and work closely with Workplace, Office Managers, EAs, and the wider IT team. Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.
What they're looking for
- You have 3+ years of hands-on IT support, workplace technology, desktop support, or similar experience, or equivalent practical experience
- You can troubleshoot macOS devices, common business applications, peripherals, and basic network issues. You work through problems methodically and know when to ask for help
- You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues. You're patient, approachable, and calm when someone needs help quickly
- You thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment. You assess what’s urgent, shift focus as priorities change, and follow through on the work that matters most. You set a high bar for delivery while keeping colleagues informed along the way
- You're comfortable following security and access procedures, handling employee information carefully, and escalating requests that need approval
- You're curious, willing to learn, and quick to act. You notice recurring problems and suggest practical improvements
