- 3-5 years of experience in public or private accounting, with a record of noteworthy accomplishments
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial statements
- Solid experience working in a month-end close environment and owning processes start to finish
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Workday ERP is a plus
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

We're looking for a Senior Accountant to help drive automation, transparency, and greater efficiency across Lemonade's financial operations. You'll sit within our Finance team, playing a key role in the month-end close process and the daily financial operations that keep the business running smoothly.
