This role will process a high volume of routine inventory transactions, including manufacturing work orders, assembly builds, material consumption, inventory adjustments, transfers, returns, reversals, rework, scrap, and transaction corrections. What they're looking for
- Execute and maintain accurate inventory transactions in NetSuite, including adjustments, transfers, returns, reversals, corrections, rework, scrap, and additional material consumption
- Create, maintain, process, and close manufacturing work orders based on approved production requirements and documentation
- Process component consumption/issuance and assembly builds, ensuring transactions align with approved BOMs, build quantities, and manufacturing records
- Review approved BOM revisions and engineering changes and update applicable inventory transactions to accurately reflect material consumption
- Research NetSuite transaction history to investigate inventory discrepancies, including work orders, item receipts, adjustments, transfers, assembly builds, and other inventory activity
- Reconcile expected BOM consumption against actual ERP transactions, identifying and correcting missing, duplicate, or inaccurate postings with appropriate authorization
