About the role
LG Electronics is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development & Sales Manager to accelerate the growth of our Smart Factory solutions business. This role will focus on both strategic business development and direct sales execution, driving measurable revenue growth across industries such as Battery, Semiconductor, Logistics, Pharmaceutical, and other manufacturing sectors.

- 7+ years in business development and solution sales related with Smart Factory, Industrial Automation, or advanced manufacturing solutions
- Strong record of sales quota achievement and successful closing of multimillion-dollar contracts

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders
