About the role
This senior finance role leads business planning, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management, risk analysis, and executive reporting to support strategic and operational decisions. The position is part of the leadership team and will analyze financial, operational, and workforce data; develop accurate financial models and performance insights; strengthen reporting processes; and communicate business results.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of eight years of professional finance experience
- Working knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards and U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Advanced knowledge of accounting, treasury, and corporate finance, including variance analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and financial modeling, as well as proficiency in PowerPoint and Word
- Experience working with online analytical processing databases and preparing executive-level reports and presentations
