About the role
We are looking for a Head of Global Growth Marketing to build and scale our growth engine by connecting our portfolio and customer value to market opportunity and converting to pipeline. You will lead demand strategy and campaign execution across digital, paid media, webinars, email, web, and emerging channels. What they're looking for
- 15+ years experience and strong track record of building and scaling B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing in high growth technology companies
- Deep understanding of complex B2B buying journeys, buying committees, complex sales cycles, account segmentation, ABM, and sales-assisted conversion
- Experience working with product-led/self-service growth motions for developer and end user communities
- A testing mindset and the operating discipline to turn learnings into repeatable programs, systems, and investment decisions
- Analytical & Financial Acumen with deep proficiency in attribution, pipeline modeling, and managing budgets and vendors
- Strong business acumen and executive presence. Earns trust and builds credibility with strong communication skills and cross-functional leadership. Can hold a strong point of view and be comfortable making hard calls
