About the role
As Deployment Strategist at Linero, you will own the customer journey from initial scoping through go-live and beyond, with full responsibility for execution. Many of our customers operate at enormous scale, with global footprints spanning hundreds of sites and tens of thousands of employees. What they're looking for
- 4+ years of experience in implementation management, technical project management, solutions engineering, customer success, or management consulting, with meaningful exposure to enterprise software and complex client engagements
- Technical enough to engage credibly with engineering teams and understand integration complexity, you don't need to write code, but you need to understand what you're asking for
- Exceptional project management skills, you can run multiple complex workstreams simultaneously without losing the thread on any of them
- Outstanding communication and relationship management skills, you are trusted by customers and internal teams alike
- A deep appreciation for organizational dynamics — you navigate complex institutions with sensitivity and care, building trust across different stakeholders
- Familiarity with enterprise systems and integration environments is a strong plus
