More about this role

At Loombotic, we are automating wire harness manufacturing.

We need an exceptional Mechatronics engineer to scale the speed we deploy our automated harness manufacturing lines, bringing the number of lines from 1 → 10 →100, with 10x the speed and capability.

We need someone who lives and breathes mechatronics, from designing the machines, PCB design, controls and being able to own complex and sometimes novel machines that deal with flimsy and flexible items such as wire, tape and sleeving.

We use Onshape, and KiCAD, and are huge proponents of AI agents in every part of the design stack where they provide value.
