At LotusFlare, we obsess over customers and quality. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will ensure that our services operate at scale with high reliability. You will design testing strategies, build automation, and work closely with development teams to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced environment. ● Own end-to-end quality strategy for backend services and distributed systems
What they're looking for
- ● 7+ years of experience in QA or Software Development in Test
- ● Experience in manual and automated testing
- ● Experience with leveraging AI , understanding of MCPs, RAG, AI Agents
- ● Programming experience in Java, Python or similar languages
- ● Experience with API testing and tools such as SOAPUI, Postman, JMeter
- ● Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
