What they're looking for
- Work directly with sales reps to process sales orders of varying size and complexity in our CRM and billing systems
- Work closely with the Deal Strategy, Audit, Consolidations, Customer Success, and Accounts Receivable teams to ensure compliance with published sales and business policies and procedures
- Review and approve orders to ensure completeness and accuracy of bookings, license provisioning, and customer invoicing
- Develop an in-depth understanding of licensing models and recommend contract structures based on client use cases
- Develop and demonstrate basic knowledge of revenue recognition principles
- Become a subject matter expert for Lucid’s sales rules of engagement, business policies, and business procedures across all products, systems, and departments
