Position Overview
Lumentum is seeking a strategic, analytically rigorous, execution-oriented and highly collaborative leader to join its Corporate Development team. This individual will work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and senior leadership to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic initiatives that support Lumentum’s long-term strategy, growth and value creation.
The role will span the full corporate development lifecycle, including strategic analysis, market and company evaluation, financial modeling, transaction structuring, due diligence, negotiations, internal alignment, and post-transaction integration execution. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable discussing strategy with the CEO and Board, analyzing a complex transaction model, engaging with investment bankers and legal counsel, and working with internal teams to translate strategy into action.
