- Experience tracking work orders, material availability, and production priorities
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing requests in a changing environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with technicians, department leaders, and cross-functional partners
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and experience using an ERP, MRP, or MES
- Strong attention to detail when working with part numbers, revisions, quantities, and production records
