About the role
Your main goal: build, manage, and amplify Magma's presence in the "rooms" where math leaders gather. You'll run our educator events, the ambassador program, our webinars, and the places online where math teachers and coaches already talk. You'll also build the system that turns happy customers into references, case studies and speakers. We want a community that's bigger than our customer list.
What they're looking for
- Range across audiences: comfortable moving between a casual conversation with a classroom teacher and a more polished one with a district-level contact
- You can write. A webinar invite, an ambassador email, a reply that sounds like a person rather than a brand account
- Project management instincts. This job is a lot of small things at once and you like keeping the plates spinning
- Good judgment about when to jump in, when to just listen, and when to hand something to support or sales
- Open to travel for events during the school year
