MaintainX is expanding outbound sales into Spanish-speaking industrial markets: food manufacturers, warehouses, and facilities teams running physical equipment who haven't heard of us yet. This BDR role is how they will. Your fluency in Spanish is a genuine edge, the kind that gets you past the first ten seconds and into a real conversation about a real problem.
What they're looking for
- Fluency in Spanish and English, required. Fluency in Portuguese is a strong asset
- Clear, polished written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
- Experience in a high-volume, rejection-heavy environment: sales, recruiting, hospitality, retail, or anything that built your resilience and ability to earn trust fast
- Demonstrated follow-through: you own your pipeline and your numbers without being prompted
- Bachelor's degree
- Nice to have: experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or Nooks, prior B2B or SaaS sales experience
