In August 2026 MaintainX became part of Autodesk, joining Autodesk Operations Solutions , the organization unifying Autodesk's operations platform alongside Tandem, FlexSim and Fusion Operations. What they're looking for
- Must-haves
- 1 to 3 years leading a BDR or SDR team at a SaaS or technology company, with documented attainment against team targets
- A repeatable hiring process for BDRs, you know what an A-player looks like at screen and can evaluate for it consistently
- Demonstrated ability to coach rep behavior and change output, not just report on it
- Data fluency: you pull your own reports, read pipeline signals before they become problems, and coach to leading indicators
- Comfort operating with a remote manager while building your local team in person, day to day

The Role
Autodesk's MaintainX sales pipeline runs through this team. You'll build and run it in Denver, representing MaintainX for the first time in an office where Autodesk already has people on the ground.
