About the role
Own design quality across your team's product areas for web and mobile. Guide designers through ambiguity, review work with a sharp eye, and ensure what ships is grounded in real user needs and built to a high standard. Lead and grow a team of 4-6 product designers. Run 1:1s, drive career growth, deliver clear feedback, and build a team culture where people do their best work. You'll be responsible for hiring, performance, and developing the next generation of design talent at MaintainX.
