About the role
As a test development principal engineer in the Operations business group, you will test features on the silicon semiconductor chips Marvell produces for internal and external customers. You will make sure we don’t ship out any underperforming units. You’ll work closely with design to make sure their chip features are testable and that the results meet the customer’s specifications.
What they're looking for
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 5-10 years of related professional experience
- • Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 3-5 years of experience
- • Minimum 6+ years of test program development experience on the Advantest 93K ATE and/Teradyne tester platform
- • Experience in ATE testing, test methodology, silicon process, DFT/DFM, and High-speed interface testing, Mixed-signal testing, and Security provisioning test development
- • Must have effective interpersonal, teamwork, transparency, and communication skills
- • Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
