About the role
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Program Manager to lead complex product programs from customer quote through production ramp, sustained manufacturing, and end of life. This role owns cross-functional execution, ensuring product, supply, cost, schedule, and customer commitments are aligned throughout the full product lifecycle.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, or related field, Master’s preferred
- 5–15 years of relevant experience in program management, supply chain, operations, or product lifecycle management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, forecasting, and statistics
- Knowledge of Agile, Oracle ERP, Kinaxis, and Power BI
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex programs across multiple functions and external partners
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
