What they're looking for
- 7–10+ years of experience as a TPM, Technical Operations Lead, or Supply Chain PM in robotics, complex enterprise IoT, or industrial hardware
- New Market & Logistics Expertise: Hands-on experience coordinating hardware deployments into new geographical markets, with a strong understanding of international freight, customs processes, and third-party logistics (3PL) coordination
- Senior IC Leadership: Proven ability to lead by influence (without direct reports). You can align executives, field engineers, and external vendors around a single master schedule and hold them accountable
- Systems & Process Mastery: Expert in configuring workflow and resource-planning systems (Asana, Jira, NetSuite, etc.) to bring order to chaotic, early-stage scaling environments
- Technical Acumen: Deep comfort bridging the gap between hardware/software engineering and real-world field operations, able to query and analyze fleet telemetry data to spot operational trends before they become bottlenecks
