About the role
Ship end-to-end features: Design APIs, build intuitive UIs, implement backend services, own data models, and deploy production-ready software. Build for scale and speed: Optimize latency, caching, database queries, and application performance to deliver fast, reliable user experiences.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping production-grade full-stack applications at scale
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern web application architecture
- Experience building with Next.js , React, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Redis, background job systems, and modern backend frameworks
- Demonstrated track record of owning features end to end , from technical design through deployment and post-launch iteration
- Strong engineering fundamentals with a focus on testing, CI/CD, type safety, maintainability, and code quality
- Experience operating production systems using logging, metrics, tracing, and monitoring tools while meeting low-latency performance requirements
