About the role
As a GTM Recruiter at Mercor, you'll own full-cycle hiring for the teams that drive our revenue: Growth, Data Acquisition, Account Executives, and Engagement Manager roles that sit at the front line of our relationships with the world's leading AI labs and enterprises. You'll partner directly with leadership to turn revenue targets into hiring plans, and you'll understand what makes a great Account Executive or Data Partnerships Lead as well as you understand Mercor's product.
What they're looking for
- Full-cycle recruiting experience specifically for GTM roles - Account Executives, Data Acquisition, Growth and GTM Associates
- Fluency in what makes a GTM hire strong: market research and account prospecting, deal-cycle and territory dynamics, consultative vs. transactional sales motions
- Proven ability to build and scale hiring systems, identify key metrics, and make data-driven decisions
- High motor, outcome-oriented approach, Mercor is in hypergrowth, and GTM hiring is a direct driver of revenue growth
- Strong communication skills, able to work efficiently with GTM leadership, Account Leads, and internal cross functional partners
- Confident representing the Mercor brand to top GTM candidates in a competitive market
