  • Advanced understanding of area process quality control systems (Qual System, SPACE, Targeting…others)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to efficiently organize tasks and projects
  • Strong partnering and teamwork skills

Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary and Description

The Manufacturing Engineering (ME) role leverages advanced area knowledge to optimize area performance and reduce cycle time. The ME collaborates with shift operations and engineering teams to expedite product movement and react to process issues that could impact quality. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Safety & Quality

Completes all required safety training and conducts all work in accordance with Micron and Technology Development (TD) safety policies

Follows all safety and environmental procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations

Reports all safety-related concerns or problems immediately to the appropriate individual

Performs audits and submits good catches on safety issues
