This individual serves as a trusted partner to the Executive Search team, senior leaders, executive assistants, candidates, and external search partners to ensure seamless execution of executive recruiting activities. - Coordinate and manage all aspects of the executive recruiting lifecycle, including candidate scheduling, interview coordination, offer support, and onboarding activities
- Deliver an exceptional, white-glove candidate experience while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality, professionalism, and responsiveness throughout the search process
- Serve as the primary liaison between executive candidates, hiring leaders, executive assistants, recruiters, and external search firms
- Ensure timely communication, follow-up, and execution of critical search-related activities to keep searches progressing efficiently
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve complex logistical challenges involving multiple executives and stakeholders across global time zones
- Support executive candidate travel, interview preparation, and onboarding activities to ensure a seamless experience from initial engagement through hire
