About the role
As a DRAM Thin Films Process Engineering Intern, you will work alongside experienced engineers on a high-impact summer project focused on semiconductor process development and optimization. This role provides hands-on experience with experimental design, process characterization, data analysis, and multi-functional collaboration. You will contribute to real engineering challenges and present your results to technical and leadership audiences at the conclusion of the internship.

- Currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree in Materials Science or Chemical Engineering
- Knowledge of semiconductor processing, thin films, materials characterization, or related manufacturing technologies gained through coursework, research, or industry experience
- Background in crafting experiments, performing data analysis, applying statistical methods, or engineering problem-solving
- Demonstrated interest in Leveraging AI, machine learning, data science, or digital engineering tools to improve workflows and accelerate innovation
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaborative skills with the ability to manage priorities and work independently
