About the role

As a New College Graduate DRAM Yield & Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in monitoring and improving the health of Micron’s server DRAM products. Working with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams around the globe, you will analyze product and manufacturing data, investigate technical issues, and contribute to strategies that improve yield, quality, and performance throughout the product lifecycle. What they're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • Graduating within the last 12 months or possessing up to 2 years of relevant engineering experience
  • Coursework, internship, research, or project experience related to semiconductor devices, yield analysis, quality engineering, testing, debugging, or manufacturing processes
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to address technical challenges within a structured project environment
  • Experience developing scripts, automation tools, or AI-assisted solutions to improve engineering productivity and analysis
