About the role
As an IT Software Support Engineer, you will develop, maintain, and support software applications, databases, and data analysis solutions that are essential to manufacturing operations. This role requires strong solving, analytical, and technical skills, along with the ability to collaborate across global teams to resolve issues, improve system reliability, and drive continuous improvement.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience supporting IT systems in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment
- Experience with one or more programming or scripting languages such as C#, Python, PowerShell, Perl, Bash, Visual Basic .NET, SQL, or related technologies
- Experience supporting Linux, Unix, or Windows-based systems and troubleshooting software, database, or application issues
- Demonstrated analytical, debugging, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and global locations
- Experience Using AI or AI Assistants to support software development, technical analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, or operational workflows
