Grantmaking & Portfolio Management: Source, build, and supervise a local grants portfolio consistent with Micron's social impact strategy. Emphasize growing access to STEM education, employment, and career pathways for underrepresented and underserved communities in U.S. regions and Mexico. What they're looking for
- 15+ years of professional experience, including 10+ years in social impact, community engagement, corporate philanthropy, or related fields
- Proven success building and leading partnerships with nonprofit, multilateral, and philanthropic organizations to deliver programs for underserved populations
- Experience managing grant portfolios end-to-end, including sourcing, due diligence, contracting, and impact reporting
- High digital proficiency (including Artificial Intelligence tools), ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments, and strong communication skills
- Deep familiarity with Idaho and/or Mexico’s social impact and philanthropic landscape, paired with knowledge of corporate philanthropy guidelines and emerging trends
- Experience crafting or supporting programs in STEM education, workforce development, or job readiness
