About the role
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer in the Systems Integration Group (SIG) , you will lead the design, development, validation, and support of advanced semiconductor manufacturing and test equipment. You will be responsible for mechanical system architecture, structural design, thermal solutions, manufacturability, reliability, and lifecycle support of SIG products.
What they're looking for
- BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- 6+ years of experience in mechanical design and product development
- Strong proficiency in 3D CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Creo, NX, or equivalent
- Experience with mechanical design for electro-mechanical systems
- Knowledge of GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, and manufacturing processes
- Experience supporting prototype build, test, and qualification activities
