Design target architectures and transformation paths that connect cloud, hybrid, and legacy environments and can scale across ministries, agencies, municipalities, and shared-service structures. Lead strategic technical discussions with CIOs, Chief Digital Officers, CISOs, Enterprise Architects, public IT providers, and executive stakeholders. Identify reusable approaches and opportunities for cross-agency, intermunicipal, and cross-state cooperation while respecting the distinct governance and operating models in each territory. Orchestrate virtual and cross-functional teams across sales, consulting, technical specialists, customer success, engineering, and partner organizations. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND several years of technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical or sales experience; OR equivalent experience.
