Set the strategy and multi-year roadmap for the volunteer engagement portfolio, manage the budgets, define success measures and documented processes, and direct the resources and vendor partners that deliver it. Lead cross-functional collaborators and partners toward shared outcomes, delivering through influence rather than direct authority. Lead the ongoing assessment of the portfolio, recommending what to scale, evolve, consolidate, or retire, and establishing the criteria the team uses to prioritize.
