Leads discussions with stakeholders from one or many strategic Canadian customers to prioritize and shape the definition and execution of strategic projects that align business strategy with technical strategy and success measures. Navigates political situations with high customer empathy to build stakeholder alignment across customer organizations and internal teams.

Leads discussions with stakeholders from one or many strategic Canadian customers to prioritize and shape the definition and execution of strategic projects that align business strategy with technical strategy and success measures. Navigates political situations with high customer empathy to build stakeholder alignment across customer organizations and internal teams. Initiates and drives internal and external technical communities and community events across Canada and the broader AMI region to strengthen understanding of key concepts and share best practices. Mentors other team members and shares knowledge across the AMI technical community. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 6+ years of experience in technical program or product management, coding, or software development and delivery work, OR equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
