Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Cloud Infrastructure, Energy, Treasury, Tax, and Operations, on new arrangements and programs, ensuring US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) compliance. Bring together experts across teams to evaluate the holistic accounting implications of complex deals and partnerships. Document accounting positions and memos for complex accounting topics in simple and clear style and be a liaison with external auditors and valuation experts. Provide expertise on special projects and other ad hoc requests. Act as a resource for various cross-group initiatives. Maintain deep and broad knowledge of GAAP and related accounting guidance. Identify potential gaps and risks; propose solutions and work across teams to execute. Identify, evaluate, and leverage technology in performing responsibilities.
